The Dutch shipyard Oceanco, has unveiled designs for a new 86.7 metre superyacht.
With the project name Colosseum she has been designed exclusively by Enrico Gobbi at “Team for Design” and is notable for the extensive use of glass throughout. Vertical windows in the VIP and guest areas mirror the yachts nearly vertical bow. Beside the glass, another innovative feature is the idea of incorporating opening side terraces in both the owner’s and VIP suites.
Accommodation is provided for 14 guests as well as a substantial crew of 28. Guest accommodation consists of an expansive owner’s suite, two VIP cabins and four double guest cabins.
There will be an abundance of lounging areas for guests on board that will allow them to fully take advantage of a 19 metre pool located at her stern which is both visually imposing whilst remaining completely private due to its high elevation. Following on with the overall design theme of using glass, large windows and transparency, the pool will surrounded by glass sides.
Just below the pool, a large wellness area is found below the pool in an area that will include a gym and sauna, offering stunning panoramic water level views.
